Delivery is only possible after payment to the bank account number BE68 7512 1107 1434
from Amplify Consultancy.

Transportation

Every Tuesday and Thursday all parcels are sent by bpost,
our regular partner for shipments. The estimated delivery time within Belgium is:
one to two working days and two to seven working days within Europe.

Within Belgium the cost per shipment is 7.50 euros, shipments from 75 euros are free for private individuals. For professional customers, shipping is free from 150 euros.

Outside Belgium we charge 15 euros for shipments.

Return

Products can only be returned with the prior permission of BAM Coffee.
This can be done by sending an email to info@bam.coffee, accompanied by your invoice. Goods can be returned within 14 working days after the official delivery date.

You can only return the goods in their original and undamaged status and packaging to BAM Coffee, Venusbergstraat 53, Paal (Belgium) for a fee. Please include the original invoice in the package. We advise you to use registered mail.

After receiving the product in its original condition and packaging,
your money will be refunded within 3 working days.

You can also opt for a voucher, which will be added to your account
to use on your next orders.
