Sandra and her husband Hector first met Morgon Coffee in 2016, and their coffee was one of the first we ever bought when they started Morgon. Year after year it has been a favorite of ours and they are so happy and proud to be putting these Caturra crops back in the spotlight. Sandra and Hector not only produce great coffee, they also do it in the most inspiring way. Her farm is completely organic and of the 9 hectares she owns, she only farms 5. This is because she believes her trees will be healthier and produce a better cup if they are not at risk of growing in soil with monoculture. Diversity and nature are the key words here and nothing is left to chance.
